“I am acutely aware of the challenges faced by young people from minority communities in this country, and my responsibilities as a role model. I am often asked to comment on, or actively get involved in, the campaign to raise the presence of under-represented groups across all areas of the game, as players, officials, coaches, administrators, within the media, and even at grounds as supporters. It is because of these experiences and responsibilities that I established my Foundation.”
